[One week after the Idol Royale]

The summer classes are finally over... is what I want to say but it's only the first day, and there's still more on the horizon...
Urgh... It's been a while since I've last studied so my head isn't cooperating. I haven't made any progress on the assignments either... How depressing.
Shinobu: Good job out there Midori-kun.
Midori: Huh? Get out there?*
I mean yeah. It sucks to think about how we have no choice but to study right now.
Shinobu: Wait no no no! I said "Good job out there"! How did you turn the sentence around like that, de gozaru.
Midori: Oh, is that so. I was about to say everyone seems to be depressed lately so it seems like I just heard it the way that was convenient for me.

Well, I get how you feel Midori-kun. Lately all we've been doing is work and more work ~
Studying for the first time since so long, I get super tired too, de gozaru.

Still, that's to be expected from Yumenosaki. To make sure they don't fall behind in class because of idol work, volunteer students can follow a special studying course during summer. The support made towards idols sure is nice, de gozaru.
Midori: Anyway. By doing idol work we get credit little by little, so even if we don't study that much we can still make it to the next grade, right?
Morisawa-senpai gets all [It's a student's duty to study! What if you neglect your schoolwork and become an irresponsible adult?!] and makes us take these classes almost against our will...
Shinkai-senpai thinks the same and sends us off with a smile too...
Shinobu: Morisawa-dono appears like that because he's pretty hard on himself when it comes to studies, de gozaru.
But it's true that if we don't study we won't do ourselves a service. So, taking the future into consideration, it's a good idea to take these supplementary classes in my opinion, de gozaru.
Also, look. Nowadays idols are quite the intellectuals, Midori-kun!
Midori: Uuuh... How depressing...
Hey, what about you, Tetora-kun? Did you make progress on the assignment?

Tetora: Plus there's going to be a mock battle and a belt exam soon at the karate club. So the little time I have for preparing is precious.
Midori: Oh I see. I know what a belt exam is but what's the other one?
Tetora: Well... It's similar to the practice games you have in the basketball club. We clash with karate clubs from other schools. There'll be one of these this weekend!
We'll definitely won't lose. If we succeed we'll go straight to the belt exams next. So I've decided to through in some extra muscle-building exercises.
Midori: Is that so? But you could just follow the extra summer classes normally if you ask me.
Shinobu: Tetora-kun, don't tell me you're gonna stay in that air chair position?
Tetora: Of course I will! A man must stay true to his convictions!
Midori: He IS an idiot...
Tetora: -Urgh. It hurts. Seems like my leg muscles are at their limit. I've still got a long way to go too, haha ~
Midori: Hey, that's because you're overdoing it. Are you okay...?
Shinobu: Ah! Plus aren't you staggering a bit, de gozaru...?
Tetora: I'm good! I'm just a bit tired from using my muscles a lot. There's no way something like this would sway me~

I have lots of administration paperwork to do and I better take care of it while I'm not busy with work.
Midori: I see. What about you, Tetora-kun?
Tetora: Ah, sorry Midori-kun. I'll be heading to club activities. I've said it before but I have to prepare for the upcoming events.
Midori: Huh... You two sure seem busy. It feels like I'm getting left behind, being the only one who's free... I'm kinda lonely...
Tetora: Don't say that, Midori-kun. Me and Shinobu-kun may be busy with schoolwork, but you've been getting more and more jobs for gravure shoots and interviews lately, haven't you?
To be honest I'm a little jealous.
Midori: If you're so jealous then feel free to take my place. I have zero interest in stuff like fashion, and yet...
I wish I could get a job like being the ambassador of a mascot character. I'd take a job like that in a heartbeat.
Shinobu: Ahaha. It'd be awesome if you could get a gig like that Midori-kun ~ I'd definitely want to see how pumped you'd be for it.
Midori: I always see this job in my dreams. Well then, I'll be off for today.
