Tetora: (My knees still feel wobbly. Maybe I went too far with the air chair exercises, huh.
Wait no! What am I sayingー I'd rather regret doing something than regret doing nothing at all!)
Alright! First off let's do some running as a general warmup~ Yumenosaki, fight!ーW-whoa!?
Koga: Whoa!? Don't just jump out like that! That was close. Oh wait, so it's you Tetsu-kun.
Yuuta: Ah, it's true. Hey there, Tetora-kun~ Were you in the middle of training?
Tetora: Yo, Oogami-senpai, Yuuta-kun! That's right, sorry I almost ran into you.
I'm having exams at the karate club soon so I was taking a run to psych myself up but I went a little overboard there.
Koga: Huh. You're doing that just after the end of summer classes? You're as resolved as always I see~
I wish you could give only a scrap of it to our damn leader.
He always finds some reason to slack off, like how the sunlight is killing him, or how he's getting old and feeble, it's a pain in the ass really.
Still, I have to admit he's getting better these days though.
Tetora: Ahaha, sounds like Sakuma-senpai, alright.
Still, I'm envious. Doesn't that mean that he can allow himself to stay as he is?
These days I'm getting impatient about training because I haven't had much time for it lately with the upcoming events in the karate club.
Koga: ...Oh so that's what's going on. Even if that's true, at least you're acting on it.
There's too many people out there that think a bunch but don't actually do anything in practice.
Yuuta: That's right. Plus, while Sakuma-senpai can look like he's taking it easy, really on the inside he's pretty anxious himself, especially when it comes to Ritsu-senpai.
Tetora: Oh, is that right? Something about that story seems awfully familiar~
Wait a second. I've been keeping you for a long time, don't you guys have things to do?
Koga: Nah, we're good. I had some free time after the summer classes and met with Yuuta by chance. We were just planning to go to the dorms to get changed and then pass by ES after that.
Yuuta: Rather, aren't we interrupting your training, Tetora-kun? Sorry about that.
Tetora: Don't worry about that. My legs aren't as tired now, it was a good idea to take a break.
Yuuta: Tired...?
Tetora: Ah, nevermind. Don't worry about it.
Well, I better go back to running! See you guys later!
Koga: Yeah, good luck.
Yuuta: Bye-bye~
Hmm. I was a bit worried but Tetora-kun seemed well enough so I'm relieved.
Koga: What's that about now?
Yuuta: I mean, Tetora-kun and Ryuseitai faced hardships during the Idol Royale, right? I wouldn't be surprised if he was still holding a grudge against us.
What happened was caused by idols in our agency... Because of that, to us 2wink it felt like we were partly responsible somewhat...
But it looks like I was worried for nothing it after all.
Koga: If so, then that's good. The Idol Royale sure was something, huh? It shook 'em to the core whether they were ready or not.
Everything they did and believed in was destroyed in an instant, after all.
Even if it was a disaster, it musn't be easy for them to admit it.
Their public image is the same as ever but maybe the root of the problem is still there.
Just a guess though.
Yuuta: Mhh. And how did it go on your end, Oogami-senpai?
Koga: Huh?
Yuuta: You got pretty roughed up yourself back then, didn't you? You got kicked off the stage during that one live before the Idol Royale if I recall correctly?
Koga: Aaaaaargh! Don't remind me! I'm obviously super pissed about it, this is so embarassing!
Yuuta: Heee! Crap...! Looks like I touched a nerve!
There, there, Oogami-senpai. Calm down.
Koga: Tch! No need to try and soothe me. I ain't no pet dog!
Well, as much as it pains me to admit, maybe that failure back then was something Undead needed.
We'd been keeping our distances amongst ourselves, and things had gotten complicated.
Even though we noticed that, we pretended we didn't. Even now... We kept postponing things and procrastinating.
If we had kept things up like this, it would have been too late to set things right.
Plus, at that time, if we had faced a passive opponent, I don't think it would have had an impact on us.
We may have lost face for a bit because of what happened but now it's over.
The only way to destroy something so warped and distorted is to shock it by hitting it with an amazing amount of force and will.
But still, this pisses me off! Their way of doing things rubs me the wrong way!
Yuuta: Ah, he said it twice! This really had an impact on him...
Koga: In the end, after this incident us Undead had a serious conversation, and now our situation is fine to some degree.
If we had to be humiliated to come to this point... Well, I'm fine with that.
It's better than a future without Undead.
Yuuta: Oh, I see. If you guys are in a better place now then I'm glad.
...Hmm? But wait, if Undead is back in business that means you might be up against 2wink at some point, since we're aiming for the top.
Maybe it'd be better if you took it easy after all, Oogami-senpai! After all the future belongs to 2wink~
